Keeping it Simple.

I’m currently working on a pitch for an omnichannel campaign for a client that’s looking to redefine and reframe the conversation around pain, and pain management.

My initial takeaway from the brief was how simple it all is: let’s initiate real conversations about pain and figure out how external factors complicate diagnosis and solutions. Simple isn’t easy, though. I wanted to mirror the simplicity of the message with a simple delivery, so I focused on finding candid, human imagery to drive home that there are people all around us, from all walks of life, dealing with pain and external factors that further complicate things.

As I spoke to the client about my concept and showed them the “Let’s talk” art variations, it resonated with them. We were able to cut the through the layers of complexity to find what really drives this campaign – talking with one another openly, candidly and without judgement. I’m looking forward to building this campaign for print, web, digital and hopefully video.
